Heavy Fishing Rod
Fishing Bait

First get a games necklace
Then select the teleport to barbarian outpost option
Next run along the river bend
After that you'll see fishing spots
Click on the fishing spot and start obtaining raw sturgeon, trout, and salmon.
Finally you will be receiving your 80k+ Fishing Experience an Hour!
